Questions
Answers before you sit down
The questions below cover most of what people ask before a first visit. Anything else, call us on (000) 412-8292.
What are your hours?
We are open Tuesday to Friday 9 am to 6 pm and Saturday 9 am to 4 pm. We are closed Sunday and Monday.
Do I need an appointment?
Booking ahead guarantees your time. Call us to reserve a chair, or ask whether one is free if you would like to drop in.
How long does a haircut take?
A classic cut is around 30 minutes, a fade about 40, and a cut with a beard shape closer to an hour. We never rush the finish.
Can I bring a photo?
Please do. A photo helps us agree on length and style before the first cut.
What is the difference between a taper and a fade?
A taper gradually shortens the hair at the sides and neck and leaves some length. A fade goes down shorter, often to the skin, with a more dramatic blend.
Do you do straight razor shaves?
Yes. Our hot towel shave uses a fresh blade, brushed lather, and a slow, careful pass. Head shaves are available too.
Do you cut kids hair?
Yes. We are happy to do first haircuts and give younger clients the time they need.
Can you shape my beard to match my fade?
Yes. We blend the beard into the fade so the whole look reads as one cut.
How often should I get a cut?
Most fades look best every two to three weeks. Longer styles can go four to six. A quick line up in between keeps things sharp.
What products do you use?
We style with quality pomades, clays, and beard oils, and happily tell you exactly what we used so you can repeat it at home.
How do I pay?
Ask when you book. We will tell you the accepted payment methods so there are no surprises in the chair.
